Welcome to Tyronel, a consulting management and workflow platform designed to help consultants streamline client management, execution, communication, reporting, and delivery. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between the user (“You”, “User”, “Customer”, “Client”) and Tyronel (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing, creating an account, using our website, purchasing a subscription, or interacting with our services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Platform” refers to the Tyronel website, application, and all services offered.
1.2 “User” refers to any individual or organization using Tyronel.
1.3 “Client Data” refers to information users upload, store, create, or process through the platform.
1.4 “Subscription” refers to paid access granting ongoing use of Tyronel.
1.5 “Content” refers to files, documents, tasks, communications, workflows, reports, templates, or data created on the platform.
1.6 “Agreement” refers to these Terms and all referenced policies.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 By using Tyronel, the user agrees to all terms without exception.
2.2 Use is automatically acceptance; no signature is required.
2.3 If you are representing a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the organization.
2.4 If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use Tyronel.
3.2 A business must be legally registered and allowed to operate.
3.3 Use is prohibited in countries banned by applicable sanctions laws.
3.4 We may refuse service at our discretion.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
4.1 To use Tyronel, you must create an account.
4.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4.3 You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
4.4 Tyronel is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords, compromised devices, or improper security practices.
4.5 You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.6 Multiple users in the same company will require valid seats or plan authorization.
5. LICENSE OF USE
5.1 Tyronel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the platform.
5.2 This license is not transferable unless explicitly allowed in writing.
5.3 You may not:
a. Copy or replicate the platform
b. Reverse engineer the software
c. Bypass security controls
d. Attempt to access protected areas without authorization
5.4 Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
6.1 Tyronel may operate on subscription plans that renew automatically unless canceled.
6.2 All fees must be paid on time to maintain account access.
6.3 Prices may change, and notice will be provided in advance.
6.4 Taxes, where applicable, may be added to subscription bills.
6.5 Refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law.
6.6 Continued use after price updates constitutes acceptance.
7. FREE TRIALS
7.1 Tyronel may offer free trials at our discretion.
7.2 After the trial ends, billing may start automatically unless canceled before expiry.
7.3 We reserve the right to limit or revoke trial access without notice.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 You agree to use Tyronel legally and ethically.
8.2 You must not upload:
a. Illegal content
b. Harmful software
c. Malicious scripts
d. Hate speech or harassment
e. Content violating third-party rights
8.3 You are responsible for content you create or import.
8.4 We reserve the right to remove unlawful content without notice.
9. CLIENT DATA OWNERSHIP
9.1 All Client Data belongs solely to the user.
9.2 Tyronel does not claim ownership over the content you store.
9.3 You grant Tyronel a license to process the data solely for platform operation.
9.4 We do not sell user data.
9.5 If you delete your account, we may remove your data permanently within a reasonable timeframe unless required by law to retain it.
10. AVAILABILITY AND UPTIME
10.1 Tyronel aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
10.2 Planned maintenance may occur.
10.3 Outages may result from third-party infrastructure failures.
10.4 We are not liable for business losses resulting from downtime.
10.5 Status updates may be provided but are not guaranteed.
11. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
11.1 We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
11.2 Such changes may require software updates or migrations.
11.3 Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
11.4 Users are responsible for staying informed through posted updates.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
12.1 Tyronel may integrate with third-party tools or APIs.
12.2 We are not responsible for disruptions caused by external services.
12.3 You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms.
12.4 Third-party failures do not create liability for Tyronel.
13. COMMUNICATIONS
13.1 Tyronel may send:
a. Account notices
b. Security alerts
c. Feature updates
d. Billing notices
13.2 Users agree to receive emails and in-app messages essential to delivery of service.
13.3 Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time.
14. SUPPORT AND CONTACT
14.1 Tyronel provides reasonable support through official channels.
14.2 Support response time is not guaranteed.
14.3 Abuse of support personnel may result in account restrictions.
15. SECURITY
15.1 Tyronel employs modern industry standards for data protection.
15.2 No platform is immune to breaches.
15.3 Users must secure:

b. Passwords
c. Local data
15.4 Tyronel is not responsible for losses caused by user security negligence.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
16.1 Tyronel owns:
a. The platform
b. Designs
c. Code
d. Features
e. Branding
16.2 Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
16.3 Users retain ownership of their submitted content.
17. TERMINATION
17.1 Tyronel may suspend or terminate accounts for:
a. Violation of terms
b. Abuse
c. Non-payment
d. Illegal activity
17.2 Users may cancel anytime.
17.3 Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee refunds.
17.4 Access may be removed immediately upon termination.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

c. Business interruption
d. Data loss caused by user behavior
e. External network failures
18.2 Total liability shall not exceed the paid amount in the previous 3 months.

19. DISCLAIMER
19.1 Tyronel is provided “as is” without warranty.
19.2 We do not guarantee results or business outcomes.
19.3 You are responsible for using the software responsibly.
20. GOVERNING LAW
20.1 These Terms are governed by applicable international and local laws depending on user jurisdiction.
20.2 Disputes may require mediation or arbitration before litigation.
20.3 Venue will be based on company registration region unless prohibited by law.
21. CHANGES TO TERMS
21.1 These Terms may be updated at any time.
21.2 Material changes will be posted and dated.
21.3 Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
21.4 Users are responsible for reviewing periodically.
22. SEVERABILITY
